At Hunnys Favorites, your happiness with your favorites is everything 🤍✨. If something isn’t quite right, our 2026 return process is simple and transparent.

🌿 30-Day Easy Returns

  • We offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required ✔.

✅ Eligible For Return

You can return products if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product doesn’t match the description

❌ Non-Returnable Items (2026 Standard)

  • Hygiene & personal care goods that were opened (ear cleaners, beauty tools, underwear)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products showing signs of use

For health safety reasons, opened earwax removal devices cannot be accepted 🙏.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind orders.

  • We cover shipping for damaged/wrong items ✔.

  • Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

  • If your order was split into multiple packages, each item is refunded separately.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size/color replacements when stock exists.

  • If out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or alternative favorite ✨.
